Namely, just because I enjoy doing something doesn’t mean it’s not taking a toll on me.

I want to, like, paint this sentence on the wall. *All* the walls. Because I tend to think of my spoons as only being used up by stuff that is unpleasant or whatever, and I think of fun things as somehow “free”, but that isn’t how it works. I know this is a zombie thread, but thanks for writing it anyway.

Why can’t meds just work perfectly the first time? Though you are right that at least we have the meds to try to balance.
